Juan carries with him the cherished childhood memories of being raised by his father and mother on a cattle ranch and farm in Central Florida. Those early years shaped the foundation of his character, teaching him that leadership begins with responsibility, stewardship, discipline, and a willingness to do the hard work when no one is watching.

From a young age, Juan learned practical life lessons from his father through running fence lines, hunting, fishing, caring for animals, working the land, and operating heavy equipment. The farm demanded toughness, patience, grit, and consistency. It taught him that every fence line mattered, every animal required care, every task had purpose, and every responsibility carried weight.

Those experiences helped shape Juan’s work ethic, resilience, leadership style, and vision for life. He learned to respect God’s creation, steward what was entrusted to him, solve problems with his hands and his mind, and see beyond the immediate task toward a greater purpose.

The lessons of the ranch continue to influence how Juan leads, serves, mentors, builds, and works today—with humility, toughness, responsibility, faith, and a vision to leave people, land, and communities stronger than he found them.

Throughout his life, Juan has remained connected to the land through ranch ownership, ranch sales as a licensed realtor with EXP in Texas, land development, property management, and real estate investment. His experience in owning, selling, and developing ranches has deepened his understanding of stewardship, land value, resource management, and long-term vision.

For Juan, land is more than property. It is responsibility. It is legacy. It is a reminder that God’s creation is to be respected, managed wisely, and passed forward with purpose.
