As the President and Creator of Military Baseball, he transformed a small program into a significant force, expanding from just a handful of players to nearly 500 across multiple countries, including Spain, Italy, Japan, and the U.S. His commitment was evident as he balanced his full-time role as a Navy Chaplain with coaching and developing talent.

His impressive background includes playing alongside future MLB stars like Prince Fielder and Zack Greinke, showcasing his talent from a young age. Despite facing challenges such as injuries during his collegiate career at Erskine, his work ethic remained unparalleled, earning him recognition and respect in the baseball community.

Juan's selflessness is highlighted by his willingness to invest his own resources into the Military Baseball Organization, ensuring that his players had the necessary gear and support. His determination to elevate his teams to compete against top collegiate players demonstrates his competitive spirit and love for the game.

Although his baseball academy, The USA Warriors, faced financial difficulties, Juan's influence continues as he now coaches on the side, focusing on nurturing the next generation, especially his son Colt.
